How it Works
One of our property experts at Gloucestershire Property Online will visit you at your property, free of charge and with no obligation. Our expert will value your property, offer any advice, and help you decide which one of our two selling packages will suit your needs. Our expert will also be able to arrange financial advice for you if needed. This will enable you to have all the information you need before going on the market.
Once you have picked one of our selling packages and agreed an asking price for your property, our expert will need to take photos and room details in order to prepare a property brochure. We can also arrange for a home energy performance certificate and floorplan if required.
3. Going live on the market
Once you have confirmed you are happy with your property brochure, our expert will get your property live on the market. Your property brochure will be uploaded to Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location, Gloucestershirepropertyonline.co.uk and many more. We will erect a for sale board and email your property brochure to buyers on our large database. We will use social media and other online marketing to ensure we present your property to as many prospective buyers as possible.
4. On the market
Once on the market our cutting edge marketing will result in viewings for your property. We will arrange all viewings with you and either you or us will conduct the viewings depending on what selling package you have chosen. Within 24 hours after your viewing we will come back you with feedback. We will speak to you every fortnight with a marketing update and can offer a price review at any time to ensure your property is marketing at the right price.
5. Offer and sale
Once we have an offer on your property our skilled negotiators will work hard to get the highest possible offer. We will financially check, and chain check, every offer so you have all the information you need to make the right decision.
Once we agree a sale on your property you would have already instructed a solicitor and returned any paperwork, this will enable your solicitor to send the relevant paperwork to your buyer immediately. We will be involved every step of the way throughout the process, liaising with solicitors, your buyer and yourself to ensure you experience a smooth trouble free transaction.
