If you are purchasing or selling a property through Gloucestershire Property Online we collect and use your personal data in order for us to provide you with our services. The personal data which you provide/we collect and use may include:
Identity Data (title, name, date of birth)
Contact data - (address, email address and phone numbers)
Information and data can be provided to us online through our website, by telephone, by electronic communications or direct via our branch. This information will be stored in accordance with the minimum level for security requirements determined by the ICO.
In accordance with the Anti Money Laundering Regulations 2017, we will request personal data and documents from sellers and buyers to confirm identity and address and in the case of a purchase will request evidence of funding and the source of any funds being used. We will also use your personal data to carry out electronic identity verification (where applicable). The data collected for AMLR 2017 will be processed for the purposes of preventing money laundering and terrorist financing and will not be used for any other purple with our opt in consent.
Using your information -
The information that you provide will allow us to process your enquiry, confirm your identity and communicate with you to provide relevant alerts and services that we identify as suiting your needs based on your current preferences. Where applicable, we will provide details of properties based on your search criteria, plus any others we think may interest you, as well as informing you of offers, competitions and property news.

Where applicable we will share your information with 3 rd parties (such as Solicitors, Energy assessor, surveyors) for strictly transactional purposes only, after receiving your opt in consent.
